For the Providence Building, located in the Rodney Bay Commercial Area, Jamecobs delivered full construction services from the ground up, overseeing the development of the structure from foundation to final finishes. The project comprised reinforced concrete structural works along with the installation of interior finishes designed to create functional and adaptable commercial spaces.

The construction incorporated key building systems required for modern commercial operations, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems, which were carefully coordinated to ensure seamless integration throughout the building.
